Ich interessiere mich überhaupt kein Stück
für Mode oder modische Bekleidung und Accessoires. Das ist für jemand, der hauptsächlich in Italien lebt, natürlich ungewöhnlich. Dolce & Gabbana ist eine Edelmarke und mir selbstverständlich dennoch als solche ein Begriff.
Einige Sachen gefallen mir nicht so gut, aber ich weiß, dass Dolce & Gabbana üblicherweise ein renommiertes Team mit kreativen Ideen sind.
Neulich haben Dolce & Gabbana - es handelt sich um zwei Männer, falls das nicht bekannt ist - ein Bekenntnis für die traditionelle Ehe und Familie in Form von Mutter, Vater, Kind abgelegt sowie das System der Leihmutterschaft kritisiert.
Natürlich tobt der Pöbel und ruft zum Boykott auf (früher hat man Firmen boykottiert, weil sie Tiere quälten, die Umwelt verschmutzten oder Menschen ausbeuteten, aber das war halt früher).
Die Reaktionen der beiden darauf:

Mr Dolce said: “I’m Sicilian and I grew up in a traditional family, made up of a mother, a father and children. I am very well aware of the fact that there are other types of families and they are as legitimate as the one I’ve known.
“But in my personal experience, family had a different configuration. That is the place where I learnt the values of love and family.”<<
Ich werde mir also demnächst eine Brille von Dolce & Gabbana leisten.
